Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling your child in Sunshine Educational Child Care, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms establish the expectations, responsibilities, and rights of parents/guardians and our daycare.
2. Enrollment and Payment Policies
  • All parents/guardians must complete the enrollment process, including providing all required documentation.
  • Tuition fees must be paid on time, according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
  • Late payments may result in penalties, suspension of services, or disenrollment.
  • No refunds will be issued for absences, holidays, or closures due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or public health emergencies.
  • Any changes to tuition rates will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
3. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Parents/guardians must:

  • Provide accurate emergency contact information and update it as needed.
  • Inform the daycare of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
  • Adhere to the daycare’s drop-off and pick-up times. Repeated late pickups may result in additional fees.
  • Notify the daycare of planned absences in advance.
  • Provide necessary supplies such as diapers, wipes, extra clothing, and any special dietary items.
4. Child Safety and Behavior Policy
  • Sunshine Educational Child Care is committed to maintaining a safe and positive environment for all children.
  • Any child exhibiting aggressive, disruptive, or harmful behavior may be subject to corrective action, including temporary suspension.
  • Parents will be informed of any behavioral concerns and expected to work with staff on appropriate solutions.
5. Health and Wellness Policies
  • Children showing symptoms of illness (fever, vomiting, contagious infections) must remain at home until they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours without medication.
  • Parents must report any contagious illnesses immediately.
  • Medications will only be administered with written parental consent and a physician’s note, if required.
  • In case of a medical emergency, daycare staff will contact emergency services and the child’s parent/guardian.
6. Termination of Services

Sunshine Educational Child Care reserves the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment of fees after repeated reminders.
  • Repeated violations of daycare policies by the parent/guardian.
  • Child behavior that poses a significant risk to staff or other children.
  • Failure to provide necessary health or emergency contact information.
