All parents/guardians must complete the enrollment process, including providing all required documentation.
Tuition fees must be paid on time, according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
Late payments may result in penalties, suspension of services, or disenrollment.
No refunds will be issued for absences, holidays, or closures due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or public health emergencies.
Any changes to tuition rates will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
Parents/guardians must:
Provide accurate emergency contact information and update it as needed.
Inform the daycare of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
Adhere to the daycare’s drop-off and pick-up times. Repeated late pickups may result in additional fees.
Notify the daycare of planned absences in advance.

Sunshine Educational Child Care is committed to maintaining a safe and positive environment for all children.
Any child exhibiting aggressive, disruptive, or harmful behavior may be subject to corrective action, including temporary suspension.

Parents must report any contagious illnesses immediately.
Medications will only be administered with written parental consent and a physician’s note, if required.
In case of a medical emergency, daycare staff will contact emergency services and the child’s parent/guardian.

Non-payment of fees after repeated reminders.
Repeated violations of daycare policies by the parent/guardian.
Child behavior that poses a significant risk to staff or other children.

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Parents will be notified of any significant changes, and continued enrollment will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
